I have stayed here when it's been available over the past 3 years and had no complaints until this year. I gave my card at checkin to cover incidentals and Ira charged my stay to it. I contacted my company travel office and they said I would get a refund by the hotel. Still waiting HI. I even called got voice mail and no call back. Do you really expect me to stay here again? I checked in the Tuesday after the final 4.
