Needing to find a place to live is often very stressful. We found ourselves needing a new home when the owner of of current home decided to sell the property. We looked around for a place with nice amenities, good location, and had beautiful living spaces. When we came across Southern Avenue Villas, we knew this was the place, Olivia and Darla made us feel right at home. Olivia was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Darla helped us through the application process. She was also very friendly, even though we asked tons of questions. No matter what I asked or how many times I called or emailed, she was always smiling, and eager to help. We are looking forward to moving in to our beautiful apartment and enjoying the great amenities.
