If I could give no stars, I would. They were belittling and disrespectful. Our air was never fixed even though we were told it was. They claimed they were on our roof and argued endlessly that they had fixed it, told us that we would get the paper work mailed to us, only later to find out that they were not ever at our house. Living in Arizona, being without air is unacceptable. We would never recommend this business to anyone.
