I had a dead battery and went to another dealer, Superstition Toyota, from the one I purchased my Tacoma from. I expected to be hassled and resigned to paying $150 for new battery which I felt should be warranteed and questioned the 84 month warranty on my dead battery. Service agent Hank Dibin went above and beyond by doing research on my pickup from the VIN number and realized I had an original replacement on my battery 18 months ago and the battery was a Toyota original replacement and should be covered since I was the original owner and the battery should not have died in 18 months. Hank did Superstition Toyota proud. I will move my business to this place. When employee goes to bat for customers then I know I'm getting a fair treatment.
