Beautiful space, ample parking, but cramp service. Nail tech used the grinder to tar off my shellac and pressed hard...it hurt and left a divot in my nail. She denied that it was the tool, and said my nail naturally had a large indent.
Unfortunately, my experience didn't get much better. After asking for and being denied a different tech, I ended up bleeding twice during the pedicure.
$75 for a shellac mani and regular pedi
....just doesn't add up.
Drive past this one, fellow nailies.
UPDATE;
It was the salon behind Sherway Gardens, and I was charged more for French. When I asked for the new technician, I was told it was very busy and I should have made an appointment.
