Do your selves a favor and stay away from this company!! I have had enough of them. I been with this company a few years now, All the while, slow , slow service. Like dial up slowness. I finally went back to COX. They keep you under contract, also they LIESSSS about their fees! Once you are under the contract they GOT you. I canceled today and was charged 59.99 plus an additional 16.00 to cancel the service. Who charges to cancel service? 7 years of loyalty and Slowwwwww service and i had to pay all this extra money to leave the company? Plus an extra month bill!! Wow at them charging me to leave! BEWARE save your self some money they will make you pay big-time to leave them! WORTHLESS service, Cox has no contract for internet!! They can kiss my GRITS!!
