So they can't keep cat groomers here to save their lives. Unfortunately I trusted them again to groom my cat and this time was by far the absolute worst! My cat and her carrying case ended up filthy, completely covered in chucks of hair. The worst part is the cut her face and then said she must have done it herself. Felicia groomed her, and both managers did nothing. They had the vet look at her and told me to go home and come back if she gets worse. Thanks for the sound advice. I won't be taking my loved one there again.
