*sigh* I think this office is going to be another victim of the actual service providers being undermined by the administrative/support staff. I used to go to Optical Expressions in Scottsdale and had nothing but exemplary experiences there. Since moving to Central Phoenix and switching to this location, I've had very disappointing encounters with the Front Office folks, whether it's with appointment scheduling via telephone or ordering/picking up lenses. I hate establishing service with new providers, especially since Dr. Wilken is absolutely exceptional. I have an appointment later this month & it'll likely be the determiner as to whether I stay.
