I went here on 7/28/15 and had a horrible experience. We had a reservation for 7pm and didn't get even a waiter until 7:45. They said they were waiting on a chef for our hibachi but never gave us a time. Finally after our first round of drinks (which they messed up on) and hearing there was no manager on duty to talk to, we decided to leave. We went to granite city and had a great meal. They even added free desserts just because we told them what an awful time we had at Ginza! #neveragain #zerostars #wtf
