I rented a vehicle for a family member. Their own website stated, "IN TERMINAL" When my family member arrived, he had to take a shuttle to get his rental vehicle. Temperatures were over 100 degrees and my family member was just getting over being very ill. I called EZ Rent a Car and the woman I spoke with, Cynthia, was extremely rude. She argued with me that their website said shuttle, then when I had her check the site, while I was on the phone with her, she started making excuses," well there is a glitch in our system. " I asked for her to match the other rental place that was fifty dollars cheaper than them, but you had to take a shuttle. She said no. She did offer a 20% coupon off for our next rental. Problem is, there won't be another rental with this company. They are ill mannered towards their loyal customers, and argue until you are blue. It is sad as I was a loyal customer for many years with this company. Not anymore. Be very cautious with renting from them. They will not even allow you to speak with a supervisor, they record your call, but won't allow you to do so, and they will tell you that at corporate, NO ONE has a boss.
