When we got to our reservation the guy was very pushy, he kept trying to get us to upgrade our reservation. We refused but after going back and forth till we finally agreed. Which was fine, but then when we got in the car and was about an hour away from the pickup location we notice that everytime we stop the car the AC would go out. We called and they assured us that it was iced cold and should be working. So we went about with our vacation, We were in the mountains up north where it was and average temp of 80 degrees, so we didn't notice the AC again until we came back to Las Vegas and AZ where is was 115 degrees. The AC stop working everytime the car stopped at any stoplight or stop sign. We called 3 additional times and keep getting transferred to different people that did not help us at all. No HELP!!!! When we returned the car we told them about the issues we had and they just said "oh Okay" and DID NOTHING!!!! Additionally, the windshield fluid was empty and did not work and the brakes made noise the whole time. They just told us that it was probably out of fluid...no dah!!! so they upgrade us to a car that wasn't even ready to be rented out! I usually use budget especially that I am Military but after this experience and no willing to compensated us or give any type of assistance I will start using a different company from now on......We paid an extra $5-10 a day for a broken car!!!!
