This car detailing shop is a dilema from a review perspective. The staff are terrific - they do an outstanding job of the detailing work. The problem isn't the output of work, but rather the ownership of this shop. When we had our car detailed in May, I discovered upon getting it home that the shop had kept our Lincoln branded floor mats and given us somebody else's mats. I raised the concern with the owner, "Steve". He advised that if we wanted our mats back, we'd have to return to the shop. We live in the far NE, and I didn't see why we should be required to fix the problem we didn't create, so I asked him to get them delivered to us. Steve refused to do this, and when I started pressing him on it, he simply cut off communication with us. We are now a month after the work was done and still don't have our floor mats back. If you decide to use this detailing shop (against my advice), be sure you remove from the car anything you expect to see again. UPDATE: We finally broke down a month later and stopped by the shop to retrieve our floor mats.
