I'm writing this review as I wait for the hotel shuttle to pick me up from CLT Airport. I requested the shuttle 45min ago and was told it would be 5-10min, obviously wasn't the case. I called again 30min later and was told the shuttle would arrive any second, still not the case. I literally saw other hotel shuttles cycle through 3+ t This isn't the first time it happened as I'm in Charlotte a lot for work and request the shuttle each day for my week long trip. Yesterday it took over an hour. The hotel either needs to increase the frequency of the shuttle trips or increase the quantity of shuttles. I would give the hotel 4 stars for their cleanliness and amenities, but they seriously need to improve their shuttle service.
