I absolutely adore this place. Being someone who suffers from different food allergies, It makes it complicated to go out and eat. Red Robin is a great place to get that burger craving without feeling scared of getting sick. They are more than happy to work with you and adjust whatever to make you feel happy and safe. I recently had a slight issue with my take out order ( mistakes do happen and that is totally okay!) When I called I spoke with the manager Nathan and he was so kind, patient and was willing to hear me out. He felt bad for the inconvenience and made it up for it so easily and quickly. He really cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. I love it here, they are a great!
