We stayed at this property for five nights six days.
The front desk and all employees of the resort were very friendly and accommodating. The grounds of the facility and pool area were very clean and employees reinforced the rules of adult pool vs kid friendly pool.
The only problem we encountered and this to me is huge...their flooring inside the rooms are carpet. The carpet is old and filthy. Normally when my kids come in from outside I have them remove their shoes. I made the mistake of having my kids take off their shoes when entering and their socks became BLACK. It was so gross. I went out and bought brand new flip flops for us to wear inside the house so our feet wouldn't get black and ruin our socks. They need to rip out the carpeting and replace with wood floors or something along those lines.
In summary it was a great place to stay. I just cannot stress enough how filthy the carpets were.
