This is one of the worst companies to work with. I have been trying for nearly 2 monhs to buy 2 sets of drawer glides for a desk we bought from them in 07. Nobody will help us on the phone, they say we have to email bruse. When the email didn't go through and we called to confirm it I was told that "Obviousy we weren't listening before." 5 emails later to Bruce, still no reply. Called the office again and was give another persons emil address. Still no reply. Hope nothing ever goes wrong with your furniture after purchase. All I have gotten is rude, catty remarks, the brush off and a desk without functioning drawers. What a awful company. Who wont sell items to a customer??
