In 2005 upon a friend's enthusiastic recommendation we visited the Creative Leather store in Glendale. We were interested in buying a leather sofa and chairs for our family room. We were very impressed with the quality of their furniture and the fact that it is built locally. We were, also, impressed with the fact that we could have Creative Leather replace the foam cushions as the pieces age. Recently we replaced the foam cushions on the sofa. We took them to the factory because they have the equipment to do that easily but they can, also, be done in the store or in a customer's home. The set we purchased in 2005 is still in beautiful condition. We expect it to last our life times and be passed on to our children.
In 2013 we purchased a more formal sofa and loveseat for our living room. They are gorgeous and very comfortable. We love that Creative Leather has many different styles that are made to order with a large selection of leather. The sales people, Jeanne, Toby and Chrissy, are very knowledgeable about all of their furniture and how it is made as well as finish on each type of leather. (We wanted to be sure we purchased leather that doesn't absorb oil from skin.) They will even come to a customer's home to make recommendations.
In 2014 we realized we needed additional seating in our family room so purchased a reclining loveseat. We were amazed that we were able to get an exact color match for our 2005 sofa. Jeanne even ordered the leather to come to her store so we could be sure. The reclining mechanism has a life time warranty which cinched our decision to go that route.
The customer service that the sales people and Jim in the customer service department have given has been excellent. Jim even gave my husband a tour of the factory when he was there to get the foam cushions replaced. And Jeanne gave me great instructions on cleaning the sofa.
