No longer has store, now mobile only. Took my desk top in for virus clean up in September 2013. Didn't need to use cd/dvd players and 3" floppy until recently. Floppy is no longer recognized by computer, nor is one of cd/dvd players. This player will not even open manually. I have called Troy twice and was told ,by him, he would call when he would come by later that week. The first time was in December of 2014 and the last time was 3 weeks ago and he has not contacted me at all. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I'm very disappointed to say the least. Had he still had a store front, I might have a better chance of getting my desk top checked and fixed. Since he is mobile, it would appear it is easier for him to ignore customers with previous repair issues.
