Cathy answered the phone when we tried to book an appointment. I initially wanted a checkup and and X-ray done to me. I asked if she'd be able to send us a copy of the X-ray and that's when things went down south. I am your client and you should be a service provider. Cust service 101: You shall not argue with me and accuse me of wanting to take the pic to another provider ( I wanted to go to your office - that's why I called you). Cust service 101: you do not hang up on your future customers. *the owner contacted me after writing my review* saying that I had reached them after hours and that they didn't have a copy of the call. No way, they even deny that the operator worked at their office even though that's not what she said on the phone. No record of the call, ha!
