I called my home owners warranty and this was the company assigned. I looked at the Yelp rating and became very nervous after seeing 2.5 stars. They set the time frame between 3pm-6pm and arrived around 3:30pm which surprised me because usually that means a company will show up at 6:30. I had a clogged line from the house to the street. The clean out plug was not visible so he attempted to go through the vent line with no success. He could have said find the clean out plug and call us back but instead he gave me a few minutes to find it. After a short dig I found it and he was able to clear the line. He was very friendly and answered all my questions about plumping (I had a lot of questions). I gave five stars because he showed up on time, answered all questions, friendly and let me know what it could cost if there were major issues the warranty would not cover. I usually do not Yelp a non-restaurant unless the experience is horrible but I made an acceptation for them because I felt their current rating is unfair.
