I would give this place zero stars or -5 stars if I could. The managers and people who work there could care less there is a malfunction on the automated track. I have been stuck on the track twice and the second time I was not paying attention because it's an automated carwash while my car was in neutral and I ran into another car because that car was stuck on the track and someone ran into me from behind and her minivan has a small dent in the front.
