I had the opposite experience as most other posters. I first reached out to Camelback moving because of their strong Yelp reviews on 9/27. Although someone reached out to me right away, getting an actual quote was a nightmare. I wanted to get two quotes - one for them to handle our whole out-of-state move and one for their movers to just pack our house for us and we would haul it ourselves. After weeks of back and forth, never getting firm numbers on price and being passed from person to person, and not having people call me back, I finally got told today (10/20), less that two weeks before our move, that they aren't available when we need them. Note: I gave them a really open schedule of a Wednesday-Saturday for a three man job and they are now booked. Seriously unimpressed.
