Okay so I got my oil changed a month back and it was a extremely long wait and the GM definitely helped me out with that one... The mechanic told me to come back to get my squeaky belt looked at so I did he gave me a quote that was really high considering a close store beat t by 160 bucks... Now the mechanic put soap WITHOUT MY PERMISSION on the belt stating "it will make the noise subside" it sounds about 7x worse and it's extremely loud and when I called all he kept saying was that the belt is glazed and it's supposed to do that... It just doesn't make any sense.. I wish I had some sort of day of what they do to my car before they just do it... Now I get to blast my radio because of how loud it is.
