TERRIBLE EVERYTHING!!!
I have been going there for 9 years since I moved to Vegas. You would think loyalty would mean something to a small business owner right? NO! For the last year I have been coming here once a month because I am picky about my nails and I trusted them. They are rude and yell at me when I ask them to fix small normal things that they should already do. They refuse to do what I ask of them when they clearly have time on their hands because no one is in there. When I get fills for my acrylics they burn my nail/skin while trying to file the old acrylic off. I have been trying to just suck it up because I know how good they used to be, but this is the last straw. The owner screamed at me today and refused to do my nails because he was busy on the phone sitting on a pedicure massage chair. I told him that he has lost my business and he said he didn't care and my business didn't matter. Just thought I'd let everyone know what kind of "service" they'd get here.
