So basically i am in a market for a car, i went here by accident i thought this was auto-nation honda where i already spoke with someone and about to make a deal instead i came here did not realize it was honda west. At the beginning i was greeted politely with the sales person sam song and explained my situation about my upside down, at the beginning they were helpful but that changes after from being helpful to being the unknown customer. That being said we tried to make a deal without the trade in and sales person and his team suddenly got all interested giving us different numbers. As soon as were about to agree and take the deal our sales person said sorry we cant sell you the car anymore tonight because the bank is close, just come back on Monday when the banks are open again, wow so you wasted our time by just trying to talk us in and discussing the term then suddenly saying cannot make the deal and just come back on Monday. This is the first time i've seen such a customer service. I AM SO HAPPY though that i did not take the deal with these people otherwise i would be dealing with them for years to come. There is so much dealership out there and willing to take care of customers. So BEWARE. Please do your research first.. Their cars is only as good of how they take care of their customers..
