Stick with Dr. Arlene Caronchong and not her ass of a boss, Dr. Ghumass, who has a God-like complex and so does his assistant Yuri. I am not sure which one is worse, because they both equally treat their patients like crap, talk down to them, and LIE. I was told by YURI that I can not make an appointment until AFTER my medication was out (which even my current dr said that made no sense). I spoke to someone else in the office and asked if this policy is with EVERYONE, and she said no, and apologized that I was misinformed. I also had the insurance company on the phone with me for a preauthorization, since no one does their jobs correctly, I have to stay on top of them, and I finally got both parties on the phone to fix this "miscommunication", and BOTH times Yuri abruptly got on the phone and quickly hung up, stating that the first person didn't know what she was talking about regarding scheduling and that they can't preauthorize on a conference call (which had been done in the past with not only them, but other doctors as well). Find another Dr. office.
