Went here when I first moved to AZ as I saw a vehicle on their site. When I got there It had some cosmetic damage which wasn't on the advert. I was assured would be fixed during the test drive. It came to the nitty gritty negotiations the usual let me talk to my boss etc. Was told the cost would go up as I wanted the damage fixed. The car was priced the same as others without any issues in another local dealers. They ran my credit without my consent still don't know how they managed it as I signed nothing to all this to happen or expressed my interest. I have since bought 2 Nissan cars from another dealership it was more relaxed and less harassing as here. That is 2 sales they missed out on from me all because of how me and my partner were treated. In short I will avoid here at all costs in the future even if it costs me a little extra.
