Update: A year to date this company decides to TRY and put something derogatory on my credit for which I've disputed. On 8/12/15 Matt Steele, Vice President - Operations contacts me via email on some BS talking about he wants to settle my so called "balance" which was the lease break fee because I called out the apartments for what they were on yelp. He sends me this POORLY written settlement letter my 5th grader could have written so I tear him a new one and put him in his place. He's so embarrassed and uneducated that he doesn't even reply back to my email. Matt Steele clearly fell into his Vice President position by accident because he not only lacks the education, grammar, and common sense. But he lacks an attorney to handle such settlement agreements as the poorly written one he tried to email me. This moron should have learned from the first encounter I'm not one to recon with because I'll take him and his company down with me! My attorney has notified the courts that Ultris is in Violation of my Automatic Stay of my discharged bankruptcy and NO NEW DEBT OR COLLECTION is to appear open, past due, balance due, or in collections on my credit AFTER discharge. So game on Matt Steele! Glad you waited a year later and after my discharge to violate the law.
