I recently moved to Henderson and needed a place to take my daughter, Moria (a pinchiweinie) to get her nails done and misc. grooming. The first time was an ok experience and they did a decent job; except the groomer told me her "expressions" really needed to be done by a vet. ??? The next time I came in, there was maybe one other customer at the counter. I waited to be acknowledged but, after several minutes, I left. I returned the other day to give them another try but, their groomer had left for the day. I was in an awkward position because I had lined up brief errands to run while my Moria was to be groomed. Jim, offered to watch her anyways and I returned shortly. He told me to come back the next day and he would make sure my services were attended to. I returned the next day but, again the groomer had just left. I don't blame Tails' nor Jim; not my lucky day/s. I will be back because I feel like I can trust Jim and my baby was able to play with Ollie.
