I moved out at the beginning of 2017 and the office told me I would get my whole security deposit back and I haven't. It's almost been a year. I've contacted the office several times and even shown them pictures to prove I left the apartment in excellent condition and still no security deposit. The apartment also ended up charging me for a garage that I never used and requested vehemently to be removed from my account even before moved into the apartment yet they refused so I ended up paying for something I didn't want, need, or use. Amenities and location are ok. But this apartment has done some shady thing when it concern them rightfully not charging me and refunding my deposits.
