First I have to say, this is a great salon and everyone has been nice all my previous visits, but this time was not my favorite; while getting my pedicure the woman who was going to do my gel manicure was wearing a shirt that looked like a bra and the "attached" tank was underneath (?) So awkward, I couldn't look at her because there's a black, lace, bra shirt in my face! She asked if I wanted my nails shorter and I said yes and she cut them to the point you see skin (so bummed because I was so proud of my length and I just wanted them a little shorter), now normally I'd blame myself because I should have said something but no, the whole time her demeanor was as if I was annoying her, it was a gel manicure; one color, no design, no craziness. So yes, while I should have said something, she could have pretended to want to do my nails and asked me HOW short. But please dont let this detour you, the salon is nice and so are the employees overall, lessoned learned, make an apt with a specific person and/or speak up
