I gotta say a little underwhelming, I've stayed at the stratosphere, Vdara, and Elara and MGM falls flat unfortunately. Parking was hectic and now you have to pay, but that's no biggie. No air conditioning in elevators or hallways or at least not enough. The new front desk agent was nice but beyond new and took 25 minutes for check in. Wrote the wrong room number as we couldn't find our room we had to ask for help and she gave us the wrong tower. The room did not have the amenities that we paid for so we had to go back and complain to a manager and he upgraded and gave us comp tickets to the buffet which was unbearable because of the food options. The shower was cold, the money dispenser machine was broken. Maybe we went at a bad time! The only great thing about the MGM is the pool and the lazy river!!!
