In my two visits here, I have had only positive experiences. Each time, the AAA staff has been kind, helpful, and successfully addressed my problems. Their prices are fair. They are not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive. The prices are just about what you'd expect to pay for good, quality work.
My only "complaint" would be that the word is getting out that this is a quality shop. As such, it is getting busier and busier. Each time I call for an appointment, the store is booked solid for that week, and I need to find something a week or two away. I have not had an emergency, but I would imagine they would accommodate me if something came up. But for normal maintenance, plan ahead when scheduling.
