It was my first car-buying experience so I had a lot to learn about sticker price vs. actual cost.. But I know I got a good deal based on KBB. That was not the problem. Their customer service is terrible. Over half the time I call, nobody answers. Several times when I called in, they tried transferring me to someone else and the call dropped. They are not prompt with taking care of things that you need.
