I am a Hilton gold member with over 30 nights at Hilton properties this year alone. But I will NEVER stay at this property again. AC didn't work at all. Talked to front desk multiple times and they said it was fixed, but no luck. They wouldn't even offer me another room. Also, no room service today. Highly disappointing. This is not the service I expect, or usually get, from Hilton properties. This Hotel has lost all of mine, am my companies, future bossiness.
