I had been to this office a couple times before with both my children and was very pleased, however after my most recent experience I will not be going back. As i was rushing to get to my daughters appointment running a few minutes behind. I was thoughtful and called the office to let them know we were on our way and we were running a bit late. Upon my arrival, being 10 minutes late, I apologized, was checking in and asked to sit and wait. After 5 minutes the receptionist asked me if we could reschedule as the doctors next appointment was there. (I didn't see anyone else in the waiting room?? or they might have already started their appointment?) I then asked if we could wait and be seen after, and that I didn't mind waiting for a while even up to an hour. She said no thats not how it works as then they will be behind all day. I left saying I would not be rescheduling. I felt as If i was being reprimanded for being 10 minutes late. I was upset because the receptionist could have explained this to me when I first called to say I would be late. She then asked me to sit down for 5 minutes more and THEN decided to tell me this??? This office needs to explain to their patients what their RULES are!!!
