This is a confusing place. I purchase most of my clothing from JCrew, Loft, and Target. Every time I bring in clothing they gobble up the Target clothing & leave the more expensive items. Which is fine, because then I just sell them for retail on eBay but this prompted me to look around.
I expected high end for great prices, what I found was Forever 21 & pilly used up looking clothing. They won't take my JCrew cocktail dress but they will take a pilly tank top?
The people working there always look bothered, the customer service is polite-but they're definitely not happy to see you. Which is doubly confusing because the gals at Kid to Kid are great & the stores are connected.
I've certainly experienced better & after visiting a few times, I think I've had my fill.
