The only reason I don't give this Resort a 5 star rating is because it is not very "kid" friendly. Tried to get a hamburger at one of the burger restaurants, but adults only - because they serve alcohol....don't most restaurants serve alcohol? When my family came to visit with grandsons, the only place we could go for a meal was a walk-up window. And, if you try to walk through the hotel on the walkway with kids, you'll be stopped - even though this family was staying at the hotel. The pool was closed early and there was nothing for kids to do - no arcade, nothing. I like this this hotel for myself and husband, as it's close to home, does have good restaurants, and nice ambiance. Kids are allowed at the buffet, but Friday, Saturday and Sunday are unaffordable for a visiting family because of special Seafood Buffet.
