As Courtyards go, this place is average. but what really stands out are the people that work here. Michaela, Chris, and everyone at the front desk have been excellent.
yes the place is dated, and the owners are doing as little as possible during this renovation, but the service is excellent.
this isn't the Ritz, so don't expect the place to be the Ritz, but be nice to the staff, and remember that they are doing the best with what they've been given, and they will do everything in their power to make your stay better.
