Our instructor Elaine was very thorough with the safety training. After 20 or 30 min or so, we started practice.
She added more distance and tips as we went along. The 2 hours flew by.
We had a great time. The 6 week course sounds interesting.
Would definitely recommend this as a fun family or group event.
