X-ray is walk-in only. Appointments required for everything else, but not a basic x-ray. That is not the fault of this location, it's SimonMed corporate policy. Which I think is stupid. We actually went to the Spectrum location first, but they had a 90 minute wait. This place had no one in line (the folks at Spectrum called for us), so we came here.
Tech was friendly and efficient. There was a bit of attitude when they brought my CD up to the desk because they had a paper for me to sign, but I'm on crutches so my wife offered to sign. No reason to give her attitude (it was a facial expression of annoyance). If it weren't for that I would have gone to 4 stars. Not busy, new facilities, efficient tech. In and out quickly.
