For reasonably priced American-style Chinese takeout available later at night than most other Chinese restaurants in the area, this hit the spot. The portions were large, and everything we ordered was quite decent (Lo Mein, Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken). I'm no expert on the Phoenix/Scottsdale dining scene, as I don't live in Arizona, but I assume one can find better Chinese food in the area, at least during normal dining hours. But as far as run-of-the-mill Chinese takeout goes, this is decidedly above average.
