Bold Missy is a relatively new addition and is pumping out some pretty tasty beers. I came here after checking out Crown Station which just opened up down the street. Bold Missy closed at 10 and was pretty thin when we got there close to closing. Despite our later arrival, we never felt rushed by the staff.
They treated us as if they had just opened and took the time to explain each of their 8 beers on tap. The unique differential here is in the inspiration of their beer. Each distinct beer is inspired by famous women throughout history. They also let us try each beer before deciding on one. I remember getting one inspired by a famous painter but i can't recall the name of the beer.
This would definitely be the spot to check out on a lazy Sunday afternoon. It's really laid back, clean and simple. They have outdoor seating and also have a food menu that sounded appetizing and inexpensive. We were told they have a $2 hotdog anyway special during summertime. Definitely would recommend giving Bold Missy a try!
