I've been a patient of Dr. Zenner's for close to ten years and find him to be a friendly, knowledgable, and professional doctor. It's true that wait times can be longer than the "customer" would like, but I would say they run more like 30-45 minutes behind, rather than the longer wait periods indicated by other reviewers. There have also been multiple occasions when I have literally gotten my appointment at the designated time, i.e., no wait. Finally, I can identify at least two major crises over the years when Dr. Zenner went out of his way to help me (at least once at the cost of staying late).
