Called 2-10 Home Warranty. They contracted out Denali Services. Working with this company has been very frustrating. Our ac runs with no air being blown out or it turns on/off continuously 4-5 times before turning off completely (in a couple min time frame). The house does not cool down as the motor runs but the fan doesn't, or it runs on and off in such a small frame that it can't cool the house. They came out in June (which we paid forand since the problem did not happen when they were here they couldn't fix anything. They have since been out numerous times even showing them a recording of what's happening. Denali service then contracted another company who came out and said that it was our relay. Why did it take 2 1/2 months for Denali to not figure it out but the other company said it was the wires and relay to begin with? Hm. Now it's August and we are still waiting for the "part" that no one came seem to find. They don't return phone calls or messages and when they do answer they seem so apologetic that it's been so long but then no actions are taken. Also they don't work on weekends, so God forbid your ac breaks on a Friday.
