I aggree with Sarah W's review! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! They put a "rebuilt" transmission in my van and it went out again only a few months later after spending thousands that I didn't have to spend in the first place...(single mom...) They were "Nice" and repaired it for only about $1500 more... and then it went out AGAIN!!!! This time Joe spoke to me long enough to find out why I was calling again so soon (all of this happened within a year...) and then he suddenly had to go but would call me right back. He never called back and he never took my calls again. When one of the others would answer they would only tell me that they were very booked up and couldn't possibly fit me in anytime soon. I could never obtain a definition for "soon..." and they would never give me an appointment to come in. The van eventually got sold for scrap with me still owing on the vehicle and the repairs.
