The manager Lou is absolutely amazing. He knows how to take care of his customers. He will go above and beyond for anyone who steps foot in that door, and that's guaranteed. He has so much pride in what he does, and will always find a way to get you excited about your new phone.
He will make sure you know everything about operating your phone before you leave.
If there were more managers like him out there, the world would be a better place.
Anyone who doesn't love that store and his employees need to go back and give them another chance.
