I have to say it all started out well, mainly because of Devin who is great. He gave me great advice and really know his stuff. Unfortunately it went downhill from there First they sold me a tank that had previously been used (there was actual liquid left in the tank when I opened it) Secondly and more importanly. The battery I purchased from them (60 bucks) just stopped working. It wouldnt charge anymore. When I went to the shop to have them take a look the guy simply stated that "these batteries only have a certain life span" ...ummm what? I only had it for 3 months AND it's rechargeable so that seemed strange. On top of that, I'm not even a heavy vapist (sorry always wanted to use that). He simply shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he can do. Very disappointing for a shop that takes so much pride in its products to not even offer a replacement or a deal of some sort. If your product breaks that quickly, I would expect at least a little empathy. I spent over 300 dollars between vapes and liquids there for my girlfriend and I. Needless to say, I will never go back again.
