Carowinds is an amusement park whose signature rides are roller coasters. In addition to some thrilling coasters, they have some scary elevation rides. Those are the headliners. They also have an assortment of fair type rides, and a large arcade area, where you can try to win stuffed animals. A very nice bonus is the water park area which is included in the admission. They also have about 5 or 6 show entertainment areas and a small Snoopy themed kiddy area. This park is a notch down from Disney, Universal and Busch gardens, but is also less expensive, You can tell you are playing in the minors though. Food is over priced and not very good, Drinks are super expensive. But if you are in the Carolinas and not central Florida, you can have lots of fun here,
