I had talked to George in passing for years at my workplace. He was always a person who treated others the way you would want to be treated yourself.
I had never needed or used an attorney for a personal injury case and thought that if an accident was clearly deemed the fault of someone else by the police(they actually witnessed the accident)- that that persons insurance would do the right thing.
